• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

• We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your shipping address, transaction total and chosen shipping method. We currently offer free shipping for all orders over $100, and may offer other free or discounted shipping promotions during special events, so keep an eye out for those!
• We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
Store Pickup:
• Orders can be picked up daily, during our normal operating hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
• If you can't find it, please check your spam folder. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need another confirmation.
Shipping Delays:
• While we strive to meet delivery estimates, there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause delays, such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Local Delivery:
• During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery shipping option. This option is only available for addresses within 10 miles of our store. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
• If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your package is on its way, we're unable to make any changes.
